Positioning
Control where notifications appear on your visitors' screens.
Desktop Positions
Six positions arranged in a 2×3 grid:

Mobile Positions
Five options optimized for smaller screens:

| Bottom Left | Small popup, bottom-left corner |
| Bottom Right | Small popup, bottom-right corner |
| Bottom Center | Small popup, bottom-center |
| Bottom Full-Width | Spans the full width of the screen at the bottom |
| Top Center | Small popup, top-center |
| Top Full-Width | Spans the full width of the screen at the top |
How to Change Position
- Open the Nudge dashboard
- Go to Appearance → Position
- Select your desktop position
- Select your mobile position (can be different from desktop)
- Use the Live Preview to confirm placement
- Click Save
Recommendations
Best positions for most stores
Bottom-left or bottom-right work best for the majority of stores — they're visible without covering key page content like product images, Add to Cart buttons, or navigation.
Avoid top-center on mobile
Top positions on mobile can conflict with browser navigation bars or sticky headers. Test on a real device before going live.
